I finally found the 12th The Endless Light, so I hopped on a level 1 and gambled a ring with no level requirements, here's the outcome:

This is currently sitting on my unholy caster pally, whom I use to farm tran and such, and some charms.

why didnt you use ring of diseng with lottery upgrade ?

Main reason was for style, I wanted it to be a crappy magic ring. Second reason involves the first reason, can't lottery a crappy magic ring Very Happy
