Just finished Destruction difficulty, now what?

As the title suggests im a bit lost after finishing up baal on destruction difficulty. What uberlevels should i start doing and in what order?

People usually do the easier ones first (that way their rewards will help you do harder ones). Which quests you find easier will depend on your build, but in general you can look at what their stated difficulty levels are on the page.

Destruction Baal in MXLU is actually fairly hard compared to a lot of the easier uberquests.

First I'd do all the challenges/minigames and all quests that give some tangible bonus (like stat/skill points, life, res...). They're all listed in the second link archon posted.

You didn't write what class/build you have, so I can't say the specifics, but you would probably want to do the easy ubers first, as archon says:

I do them in about that order.

As of now ive done Death projector, Butcher, Assault on Mount Arreat, Tran Athulua, Creature of Flame and infernal machine + all of the challenges but all the other ubers seem near impossible to my unholy melee paladin as i seem to either lack enough resistances (75% all of them) or im simply too squishy (13k health 88k def) either way i get killed in all of the ones too soon to stay alive for longer than ten seconds.

How do you have only 88k def as UHM polakdin? Tainted blood alone should buff you higher + you have access to Bear stance oskill and Terror strike TCD buff >:I

My bad that was without any buffs, i have actually around 155k def

If ya want buttloads of defense, ya could always make a Dragonheart into any sacred armor (like Full Plate or Gothic or Ancient or whatever ya fancy)

Right now i dont know if i should invest in defence or damage resist as i have around 57% of that from gear but im not sure if its worth anything as i die pretty quick anyway so should i just focus on maxing out def instead of DR whoring?

If you want proper help, you'll have to share your skill & stats allocation and gear.

Otherwise as has been said your defence is WAY too low for tainted blood + terror strike (not to mention using a shield also). Your damage is probably bad too which puts more pressure on your defence and we don't know how your sustain is with Hymn or if you use Vindicate.
