◈ Passive skill such as QoB - VoJ -SoD and Summon/Totem also work.
◈ You can also try make TP near the Soul → Go town until curse is gone → Go in TP and cast the spell quick (not necessary).

Tip:
[▷] Since this is Boss that kills itself, you need to be able to 'tank' the boss for about 1-2 min. What you can use is:
◈ Rathma Chosen on minion/totems/+1 to summon MO
◈ Sacred armor on yourself and use TP to go town before you die and repeat
-If you are using this method, put TP scroll on your 'potion belt' to make tp quickly because he will fps lock you. (confirmed working well by *LOLvXD)
◈ Use Oskill: Spin to win [SSU Long Sword]
◈ Item with 'Attacker take damage of' [needs testing, although im pretty sure it doesnt help much ] by *jetamen- Screenshots:

◈ If your are playing in realm, get a paladin friend with SA and use maxed blink(sin) or Teleport(void charm).
◈ Summons will tank those insta-kill lightnings when you blink into small platform.
◈ Can try with Spin to Win [SSU Long Sword]
◈ Bascially, if you spawn from upper part (from Soul of Sloth area), go as as I did on video.
[▷] ※IMPORTANT:When you are turned into CHICKEN all of your stats will turned in to 1!※ so I advise re-joining if body is close to boss OR empty the inventory.
[▷] Having Shamanka on switch will un-do the chicken morph

Tip:
[▷] Whenever something (summons or player) go near Rathma, he will cast Black Slayer Bolt.
◈ You need to stand(or use summon) between 2 Bosses and 'AIM' the Bolt so it will 'HIT" Mendeln.
◈ I advise useing summon (like edryem) so it is safer, especially when you are about to kill both.
[▷] When Rathma castf*k this uberVolcano-like spell, I suggest not running around. Either Teleport outside of its range OR stay still.
Immune to All This isn't like other Ubers, Mendeln and Rathma will fight each other. You need to kill BOTH [have RED&BLUE Swirls] in 1min after one of them [any] is dead to to cube un-upgrade Void Charm by itself to upgrade. Keep the OW on him all the time. (skills like ATMG are awesome in here) I STRONGLY advice not letting them go up stairs when you are about to kill. I also recommend not just focusing 1 boss at a time. Try to balance out the life - 1:3 OR 1:2 [Mendeln : Rathma] ratio is good imo. About:
[▷] Easy to control where it goes.
[▷] Give RED swirl Skills:
[▷] Sacred Armor
[▷] Semi-Invisable Ball which shoots White Bolts: Wyrm-shot mechanic. - Have small burn damage which will be used, to bring down Rathma's hp
[▷]I CAN'T MOVE OR CAST!!! BUG!!! F*k YOU MARCO!!!Slowing curse which you will not be able to cast or move very well.

Tips:
[▷] You can control where Mendeln goes easily because he will run 'away' when something is near.
[▷] Mendeln cast SACRED ARMOR when you are close.
◈ You can use this to control its life, but remember he will NOT cast White bolt if you are camping on him, so if you are going to use this tactics, go away from him a bit when he cast sacred armor and go close to him again. Corner is best for this.

hope marco is reading here; all uber looks awesome to me even i didnt play game till months, not tested etc.. lore mechanics desing is epicly brillant and genius shit.. gz here 
since i am playing poe till 3 months, i just wonder what the fuck those lame veterans will do here on median ubers seriously lol
this uber/bosses needs skill, game knowledge, reflexes and shitton of strategy unlike most games..
1 thing makes me sad is, you farm ubers without me:( probably ill be back for sigma(for sure) maybe before it..
btw poe released omfg hard boss in this patch(huge lol) called atziri lady of lame which is raped by me non block-spell block char bow ranger.. might be first and only char under lvl 90 and without block spell block etc.
ill post this uber ss and video to ggg forum.. they need more BRAIN & GENIOUSITY on their gay ubers..
last part; awesome uber from marco.. gg job my old best friends- keep continue i watch all no worries..
