Help/question

I have 1.13d. I need to use plugy for stash and ladder runewords. Idk if i need to reinstall and dl 1.13c(if i even can i cant find it all i can find is 1.13d) or ive heard d2se will work and that it has plugy with it. If anyone can tell me how to download this shit it would be greatly appreciated im not too great with computers ive looked this shit up but idk which route i need to go
