Fi - Elemental Druid *WiP* XIVb

This build under goes changes as it progresses, has insane flexibility fast kill speed however a little fragile. This guide is being played through untwinked.

Early game:

Main Element: Cold
Secondary Element: Fire
Trimary Element: Poison
Minion Element: Poison / Physical.
Merc Damage: Lightning (Act 3 Abjurer)

Itemization @ 50:
Build to these items or something similar. Though, You will probably want to hit 65% FCR for the next breakpoint.


Skills @ 50
Freezing Gale - Max
Rain of Fire - Max
Hunting Banshee - Max
Acid Fiends - Max
Plague Avatar - Max
Poison Flash (Acid Fiend life)- Max

Stats:
Strength - Enough for gear But keep it behind enough, your strength required gear doesnt improve much.
Dexterity - None, We use a druid staff for now (Will change during mid game)
Vitality - Not for us.
Energy - Everything.

Notes: I've eaten a few sigs from the extra unique quivers, rings, amulets and jewels.

Black Road Challenge Part 1:
666,666 gold + cube Charm - EZ *was level 63 when I completed it*
Buter Trial: Summon all your acid fiends, get into position. the sweet spot is roughly 5-7 fiends. Run around, Summon them till the butcher spawns a circle. Summon 2-3 on the opposite side of the star. . .
And during this entire process be spamming banshee, Due to the delay damage, you want a lot going off once he enters the circle. Fairly easy, will take some practice, first kill took me 40 deaths, second kill took me 3 deaths. Keep practicing till you have it going smoothly, this will be one of the first charms, the tactic doesnt change much. *was level 70 when I completed it*

Level Challenge 2: The Binding of Baal
This challenge is actually really easy for us. *Completed at level 75*
Spam some Hunting Banshee's then summon ontop of your acid fiends and run. Lure them out a few at a time. Freezing Gail kills them the fastest 1v1.
Once you have killed them, just start nailing tal rasha with hunting banshee and cube class charm with a Pgem. Very easy.

The MotW buff is really nice, however im rolling around with -100% EFR and -100% ECR, so some of the usefulness wears off. The glacial Nova proc is absolutely amazing and works really well when combined with the staff.

I'm almost level 90, i'll be posting updated stats and gear then ^_^.

To maintain such high ECR and EFR with high resists, I use honorofics, my damage is fantastic and killing speed is very quick.

Sur Runeword in a Druid Staff is cheap and friggin awesome!

With a lot of help from wow123400, I would recommend the following.

TU Hawk Helm, Rare Amulet, TU Flamen Staff, TU Scale Mail, Horrific Gloves (Make up the -enemy res, +res, and then +dmg), random rings, TU Belt, TU Chain Boots (Or Horrifics here too).

I disagree with your skill build though.
Max Elementals, Hunting Banshee, and Acid Fiends.
1pt Pagan Rites, Rain of Fire, and Freezing Gale.
Leftovers in Poison Flash > Plague Avatar.

Once you get ubers, I max Godberry and Lifeshield, although you can 1pt Godberry too; And previous skill setup stays the same.

With this setup, I've done p8 Duncraig, Infernal Machine, The Butcher, Legacy of Blood, Judgement Day, Tran Athulua (Carefully), Creature of Flame, Binding of Baal, Kurast 3000 BA, Death Projector, Rathma Square, Chrysaor Dungeon (Level 1), Akarat, Sunless Sea, Assault on Mount Arreat, and Lord Aldric Jitan.

All of these minus TA and Rathma Square are easy as pie with ele druid.
I'm sure there's better RW's of crafts, but I just use the above listed gear, at Tier 6, and I can do p8 Duncraig (Everything Lum socketed, at 440% MF).



Hunting Banshee: 12k-15k
Elemental: 20k-23k

w/ Acid Fiends Aura:
Hunting Banshee: 16k-20k
Elemental: 26k-30k

w/ Mark of the Wild:
Hunting Banshee: 18k-22k
Elemental: 28k-32k

w/ Acid Fiends Aura AND Mark of the Wild:
Hunting Banshee: 22k-27k
Elemental: 35k-40k

And defense/life goes from 20296/5822 to 69682/10238 with Godberry.
