I cannot join any gs except gs6, what should I do? Empty I cannot join any gs except gs6, what should I do?

can't create my own game on anything but gs6, occasionally i have joined a gs4, but very rarely does that work. I have probably spent a total of 30 minutes looking at the "failed to join game" msg that takes forever to go away. Some help would be Greatly appreciated.
I live in Japan, in case that matters.
