its only visual you still have 33k hp, i think you can watch your life when you drink a pot, marco could use one of the diablo states, i guess they are called healthpot or sth like this and put it to barb class charm so this problem wouldnt occur any more

Botnik - I would say reroll - the flat dex is low, also it has high lvl requirement.

When it comes to crafted gear I figure if it works better than what I already have available I"ll use it. Finding another base item to craft something better is easy so I might as well use a decent roll.
