They lasts ~4-5 seconds and you can create infinity quantity of them. I posted video with assassin killing Kabraxis with this proc on naginata. One of my favorite procs in the game.  

Well, Kabraxis offers a lot of enemies for free procs, but I'm not convinced that it will be effective with javazon... Time strike could be more effective in fauzt. I have to do some tests.
Not to mention assassins have that extra elemental damage which makes atmg effective.

Assuming you are playing Trap rat craft with Abandoned shrines aim for %dex + flat dex and +1% increased block is necessary.
