Need help with mindflay unholy paladin

I used an unsuccessful mindflay/slayer paladin a while back (before the skill rework) and am looking to update/upgrade it. Unfortunately, the latest unholy paly guide was last edited years ago. I need a hand. It would be a paly for boss farming (heroics / late game ubers), not for farming learge areas like dunc/fautz/sewers.

Here is what I have on him so far:

Weapon: 2H War Staff - Spire of Kahjan / Shamanka
Helm: eagle stance rw
Armor / Boots: vit% quiet crafts
Belt / Gloves: -light res/light dmg honorifics with Ort runes
Amulet: RARE skills/lightning arena
Rings: RARE skill/vit/% light dmg/-% light res (this is the best one I have: https://i.imgur.com/VzjDeHx.png)
Jewels: 50 life / 6% light dmg everywhere
MO's: -199% light resist / % light dmg rest

Is there anything that's out of place / could be easily upgraded or replaced from those gears?

As for skills:
sMax: Tainted Blood / Mindflay / Stormlord / Blessed Life
10 pts: Slayer
5 pts: Rapture
1 pts: Superbeast, Divine Apparition,  Sacred Armor

Am I forgetting/overevaluating something?

I don't think you can use Euphoria and Rapture at the same time as they are of different influence trees. Uhc paladin is awesome though, been having fun with the build!

You can only choose one Influence skill (Shadow or Light) so you should go with Rapture. Also you need to max Super Beast because it increases MF and Slayer Damage.

How about the gears? Any other recommendation beside the Wind Runner boots?

Why is one a quiet shrine and the other ornate? wouldnt it be better to go for one or the other on both armor piece?

Because more vit/life = more effective since you use Ix rw on helmm, and with 20% vit from armor you'll have huge hp.

With that logic, shouldn't people use vit%/life boots as well?

With quiet craft boot, ornate body armor (but have 20% vit on it) and go full vit stats, you have enough hp (about ~ 20k) so you don't need quiet body armor. Go ornate body armor for more damage. Here's mine:
