does anybody see my posts, or do i ask dumb questions?? because i dont think so...

So what can i do to make it fixed as i will want to go there few times more with different chars? Do glide wrapper helps? Or maybe running in d3d not 2d??

Nothing helps apart from going to town for a bit when the lag starts. It's the natural consequence of killing too many edyrems in one spot.

This problem is not present on realm (for me at least), because there the fight is a bit changed and Uldy chases you.

Also: it was only 4h since you asked your question. Have some patience, we are not answerbots.

Since Wraithsword doesn't benefit from energy, does the weapon damage from dexterity?

Yes, increasing your weapon damage will also increase the effectiveness of your weapon damage skills.

On single player, you can use the commands /players1 (or replace 1 with 1-8 ) to change the "difficulty" of the game to the same level if there were that number of players in it (as you may know, more players = tougher monsters and more loot)

Why do some of my charms say req. level 666 :/

that means you acquired them in an older mxlU version. During updates some charms and items were legacied for various reasons (bugs and shit). req lvl 666 is a consequence of the charm being legacied. You need to refarm it
