Procs when enemy is slain working with vessel. That's why there's rising dawn when enemy is slain proc on neutraldin set.
PS: I told somewhere already... IMO VoJ (long ranged) is for caster-base neutraldin (for example based on apocalypse+hailstorm), and i've tested VoR (short ranged) with melee-base neutraldin using Gorefest and Whirlpool as main skills. It works good.

EnergyFactor & StrengthFactor differences
Another quick question about EnergyFactor(EF) and StrengthFactor(SF).
Excerpt from the docs:
Strength Factor
This rare modifier can only be found on some legendary items and the druid's Force of Nature skill. It functions the same way as energy factor, but is based on strength instead.
So SF bonus to spell damage should look like: (+Y% Spell damage) (analogous formula to EF)
Y= ((260*Strength)/(250+Strength)) + min((Strength*SF)/15000, 200)

Yet a quick testing session with a sorc lvl120 with 610 stat points (no charms, no equipment) yields:
620 Strength (10 base strength points + all stat points into strength)
35 energy (35 base energy)
EF=0
SF=0
current bonus: +41%;
EF=0
SF=150
current bonus: +47% (+6% which is roughly the minimum term in the formula in this case; first term seems to be omitted)

10 Strength (10 base strength)
645 energy (35 base energy + all points into energy)
SF=0
EF=0
current bonus: +190% (bonus from first term in the respective EF formula, second term yields +0 due to EF=0)
So my question is if StrengthFactor is working as intended or if it seems to be bugged (only display bug?).

What about spell damage in LCS (not spell damage bonus)? Did you compare it?
If anyone has access to cataclysm, could you test the +damage per slvl (and the base dmg @whatever slvl you have it) by removing all spell damage and restatting energy to min?
Just wanting to figure the damage of cataclysm proc (where all bolts hit the target), and how much spell damage is needed to one shot things when HP numbers are released.

it's working as intended, because spells themselves scale with energy
try it with a spell that scales off strength like wildfire

Ok, i think i see it now. To sum things up:
We look at the following 4 terms:
EF_1 = (260*Energy)/(250+Energy)
EF_2 = min((Energy*EF)/15000, 200)
SF_1 = (260*Strength)/(250+Strength)
SF_2 = min((Strength*SF)/15000, 200)
Template for bonus in spell description:
Energy: Adds Fire/Ice/etc Damage (Diminishing returns)
Current bonus: EF_1 + EF_2 + SF_2 (percent)
Strength: Adds Fire/Ice/etc Damage (Diminishing returns)
Current bonus: SF_1 + SF_2 + EF_2 (percent)
while i was thinking it should be (EF_1 + EF_2 + SF_1 + SF_2) for each spell. Those "off"-factors throw me a little off altough their contribution to the total current bonus is relatively small (EF_1 + EF_2 go up to 460 and you get high payoff only with very good energy and EF while SF_2 is only relevant if you invested heavily into strength and StrengthFactor; vice versa for SF_1 + SF_2)
I hope this is correct so far.

So looks like SF is not worth chasing if you're not a druid with force of nature.
With 3k strength and 250 SF, that's merely a 50% spell damage boost.
What's the chance to be hit by slain souls in dunc with 500k def?
