Act 1 Uber Monsters:

1.1	Slain Soul (Barrel Throw)		Immune to Magic	Throws a barrel at you that explodes dealing a 50k Magic and Physical⁽²⁾damage to anyone within its blast radius.	This is the guy you are going to hate most in this uber as he throws a barrel with a burning tail which explodes and kills. Keep an eye for barrels that would come flying your way and try to run away as fast as you can. He usually only throw 1 barrel and then starts hitting you in melee.
1.2	Slain Soul (Poison Bombs)		Immune to Poison	Throws poison bombs at you from a distance which spreads in a radius.	This guy is going to be #2 on your hate list for this uber since his bombs might not necessarily kill you, but it will reduce your life to 1HP making you very vulnerable to other monsters around you.
1.3	Slain Soul (Lightning Damage)		Immune to Lightning	Does lightning damage on melee hits.
1.4	Slain Soul (Cold Damage)		Immune to Cold	Does cold damage on melee hits.
1.5	Slain Soul (Fire Damage)		Immune to Fire	Does fire damage on melee hits.
1.6	Necromorb		Immune to Physical	Throws a piercing attack at you dealing Physical damage⁽²⁾ to everything in a straight line.	These little balls of light can make you run for your life if you are not careful as while you would be busy fighting off slain souls, they will keep throwing there attacks from a distance making it a fatal combo with poison bomb slain souls beside there own high damage.
1.7	Fleshcutter (mini boss)		Immune to Cold and have 20 Magic resistance	He is same as a cold damage Slain Soul but he drops the Fleshcutter Sigil which needed to make the Assur's Bane.
1.8	Eyegouger (mini boss)		Immune to Magic	He is same as Barrel Throw Slain Soul and drops the Eyegouger Sigil for Assur's Bane
1.9	Spinecracker (mini boss)		Immune to Lightning and have 20 resistance for fire and cold	He is same as lightning damage Slain Soul and drops the Spinecracker Sigil for Assur's Bane
1.10	Skinrender (mini boss)		Immune to Fire and have 40 resistence to cold and lightning	He is same as fire damage Slain Soul and drops the Skinrender Sigil for Assur's Bane
1.11	Bonehexer (mini boss)		Immune to Poison and have 20 resistance to Magic, fire, lightning and cold	He is same as poison bomb Slain Soul and drops the Bonehexer Sigil for Assur's Bane
1.12	Assure		Immune to Everything	He is the Final Boss of this uber, his skills are: -lvl 50 Flamestrike: a deadly pillar of fire that can be fatal in most cases, -lvl 50 Flamefront: dealing a high fire damage to a wide area in front of him -lvl 50 Cataclysm: dealing a high fire damage to whole screen -lvl 10 Pounce	In a nut shell, avoid his fire damage and cast Purify at him and watch him BURN!
2	Kingdom Of Shadows
2.1	Citizens of Ureh		N/A	Untargetable monsters who does heavy poison damage in melee.	Run, just Run !!
2.2	Punishment Turret		None	Casts a Nova of punishers dealing extremly high poison damage.	Avoid the punishers and run away.
2.3	Darkwarden		Immune to Magic and have 90 resist for all other elements	Does heavy damage and casts Retaliate when he hits in melee. -⁽¹⁾ Casts tremor on death reducing your life.	They do heavy damage but are slow moving so can be avoided easily. They are only found on terror and Destruction difficulties
2.4	Juris Khan, King of Ureh		Immune to Fire and Cold and have 90 resistance for all other elements	He is the Final Boss of this uber and casts Respawner to summon random monster from within the uber. Also casts Cherub Strike and Shadowstorm	(Needs a better desc of abilities and tips for him)
3	Mausoleum (Credits: @italianpower for epic pics of this uber)
3.1	Corrosive Death HEROIC		Immune to Magic
3.2	Heresiarch HEROIC		Immune to Lightning	Throws a multi-hitting attack at you but no special abilities.
3.3	Azure Drake HEROIC		Immune to Poison	Launchs itself at you making you knoackback.
3.4	Crowned Serpent HEROIC		Immune to Poison	Casts Lv9 Spellbind which decreases your overall speed greatly.
3.5	Obsidian Knight HEROIC		Immune to Magic	Casts Lv39 Black Lotus Strike dealing high poison damage.
3.6	Blood Bengal HEROIC		Immune to Fire
3.7	Venom Fiend HEROIC		Immune to Fire
3.8	Bane Monster HEROIC		Immune to Lightning	Casts Lv58 Flash but the main danger from him is when you walk over his dead body, his dead body does stun attack + lightning damage.	Try avoiding walking over his dead body.
3.9	Reaper HEROIC		Immune to Cold	-Lv9 Nova shot -lv6 Guided Chain doing a decent damage to whole party. They also have the ability of lv1 Monbow
3.1	Wracked Soul HEROIC		Immune to Cold	Throws cold damage dealing snow balls at you.
3.11	Star Knight HEROIC		Immune to Cold	-Casts Lv7 Pounce to jump on top of you dealing damage to you and nearby party, -Lv19 Dark Power which is a buff giving 25 Crushing Blow +damage bonus to all nearby monsters.
3.12	Flesh Mother HEROIC		Immune to Lightning	Casts Lv1 Nest which enables her to summon more Flesh Fiends.	She would try to avoid coming too close to you and will keep summoning more and more Flesh Fiends so kill her fast to avoid a horde of Flesh Fiends.
3.13	Flesh Fiend HEROIC		Immune to Lightning	Summoned by Flesh Mother but have no special abilities of his own.
3.14	Darkling		None	Summoned By Spider Statue, deals high physical damage and crushing blow
3.15	Spider Statue		None	They are summoned by Astrogha and have skills like, -lvl 6 Spawn Multi Darklings: they can summon a ot of darklings in very short time, -have a chance to heal nearby monsters if killed, -Cast a curse which greatly slows you down and causes insta-death if you get stuck by any kind of attack if they are killed.	Astrogha only summon 2 of these at a time and they die intently if there is no enemy nearby but they will keep summoning darklings if you or any of your allies are in its line of sight. Astrogha will keep summoning them over and over. Try not to kill them because they will heal astrogha and the curse from its death is deadly.
3.16	Astrogha		Immune to all, randomly losses immunity	He is the Final Boss of this uber and have many skills and abilities, -Lv10 Frozen Orb Nova : he cast this only when he is hit in melee, its an inta-death, -Summons Spider Statues: these statues in turn summons Darklings who comes and attack you in melee dealing high physical damage with crushing blow. -War spirit: when engaged for long, he casts War spirit on himself which is a periodic spike nova.	Do not engage in fight with him unless u have some idea on how to kill him, see the guides section for strategy on him.

2b. Which MultiRes are you using? 1.12a or 1.13c?
2c. Are you using the right game patch for the right MultiRes version?
2d. Are you using DirectDraw in the D2VidTest?
3. Are you running the D2SE shortcut using administrator permissions?
3.5. Are you running in DDraw?
4. Does the D2SE shortcut have "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" turned ON?
5. Are you using BorderlessGaming?
5a. If so, did you do as the guide said and exit out of everything in your sound profile, then start BorderlessGaming, then get into a Diablo II game, then start everything else up that you had running?

Short Questions Thread

Godbarian should hit fine. I think you're just having AR issues.
For my barb, i still dont have all charms, so I have enough strength for my gear (666 at least because i wear an ancient armor), then hundreds into dexterity (not sure how many points, but i have over 20k AR for sure) and remainder into vitality. Not even close to 500 signets either.

I have like, 25 points into wolvies which adds a lot of damage per stormblast tick (remember, it hits 25/second). Since i dualwield for blood hatred, i also smaxed Daedalus (which adds to AR and gives you lightning damage).
Furthermore, even though i use runemaster (also sMaxed or close to it), i didnt socket all my stuff with runes. I'm pretty sure i have quite a few jewels (crafted with Ber) with attack rating (with bear stance, spirit guide (almost smaxed), and dualwielding weapons socketed with jahs, i get almost 1million, which is more than enough).
I also definitely MOed my weapons with some AR.

EDIT: The point is investing hundreds of points into dexterity is not enough. You need sources of bonus AR %. Frankly, I think Eld runes are crap for this, so i just throw in some jewels.

Point #2, how's your IAS? You might not be swinging at max speed, which would definitely hurt your DPS

Glyph #2 is in the second level of abandoned tunnels under Black Marsh and #6 in right Temple on Kurast Causeway.
Full set pretty weak currently - gloves/belt/boots is best combo from it. Miniboss summoned by central seal in Chaos Santuary drop rings.
Edit: Customizable charm was moved in one of temples in upper kurast in this patch.

Okay

i had some bugs with act5 merc quest 'free barbarians'. I did 2 dungeons and crash on entering third one. Happened few times so i started switching order in which i do dungeons and it worked. At the moment i am Baal minions and died twice on last wave - destruction minions. Haven't figured strategy yet but as melee i get surounded and raped fast.
Also i am missing glyphs #2 and #6. Any suggestions where to look for them?
And i am missing last peace for discipline set - adherent item - i have amulet/belt/boots and gloves but i missed the mob which drops scroll with set locations in act4.

What are your habits?

Main Habits - some of which I might break from a bit soon.

#1 - Do den of evil immediately after Lczero and then shove scrolls of townportals into char orb for mana regen to speed up the leveling process. no casting = no killing unless you use basic attack. icky. I keep this up until level 15.
#2 - All extra cash on first character goes to MF orbs unless I need resists. Also, I make a Wheel Of Fortune and Rabbits Boots asap, as well as El rw belt, and Ith rw Armor unless I have enough shards to make TU Gambeson or Full Plate Mail. Which brings me to my third habit.
#3 - character number 1 is always SwordFlinger - Dedicated Melee Sorc. I start her off as a Pure Energy Lorenado/Forked Lightning caster with Nef Staff and as soon as I feel it is viable (lvl 49) I switch to Melee, and she never goes back.
#4 - Solo my sunstones with tu2/3 Warped Blade moed for faster attack and miasma plus maybe crushing blow, tu5/6 Jitan's Kamon, tu5 Banner of Duncraig, tu3/4 Deadfall, tu6 Lionspaw, and likely a Ral helm. If I haven't reached this level of tus yet I try with lower tiers and use my partial runs to uptier them until the partial run becomes a full sunstone run. Many times I don't need anywhere close to my planned level of gear to succeed. Especially now that this ladder we got Fusillade which is a brutal skill for a melee spec since its not melee and can cast from under baneblade buff.
#5 - Walk the rest of the way through hatred, and terror, doing all quests along the way, improving my gear as I go. Refuse tcows when offered.
#6 - Upon entering destruction I go back to terror for dogmas.
#7 - Farm k3k for 500 sigs.
#8 - Smash all easy to mid level ubers with my sorc and pass them on to a new character. Usually assassin.
#9 - Use assassin to do the harder charms for herself and then for sorc.
#10 - Druid steals gear and charms from both chars and sin cries.
#11 - Farm sewers and trade skull1s for everything I need.
#12 - QQ silently that I didn't make a necro and nobody trades away sha'ads for skull1s.
#13 - Plan on making Necro to cheese toraja and realize we are so close to Reset I don't bother and just continue farming dunc/fauzt/sewers etc until it starts all over again.

^^ the above is one example of a progression through a ladder, it is not the only progression I have made, nor is it a complete description as there were things in between. However, this IS very typical of me.
