Legacy Docs

So I'm a packrat and I have a few of the old offline versions of docs. I'm only posting these because there have been discussions about reverting to older patches so I figured this might help those that do.

2012 v004 (you will have to look at changelog from newer versions to see what exactly was done in the v005 version that was the final release)

V005 is found at the old website but online mode.
@Mods/admins: would be cool if this was in tools&info section
