That 'Crystal sorc' is a hybrid summoner-caster build. 'Magical craft' means items crafted with magical shrines (crosses that drop on Terror and Destruction difficulty) that give bonus to minions' life and resists.

It totally reroll all options of my item. So I think this is not good at all..... so confused.

Yeah, shrine crafting requires patience. Getting a really decent crafted item may take a lot of time...
