[Latest Update: 7/23]How to install MXL:U XVc, D2SE, D2MR on 1.13c (Video Guide!)

Diablo and borderlessgaming are the only program running except the logitech mouse software.

No need for video guide, you wrote it very clearly and it's easy to follow. The problem is on my end for sure, just ran out of ideas on what to try.

Are you running both D2SE and BorderlessGaming in administrator mode?
Does D2SE have the "Disable DPI Scaling" whatever checkmarked (it's right above enabling adminstrator mode in the shortcut's properties)?

Hello - I'm running into errors with this as well :/ Im not sure if i should post this here or somewhere else but i figure it cant hurt to try...
So ive been trying to get this to work and its a freaking nightmare.  - - - I followed your guide to the "T" and downloaded everything listed. Even the administrator fix you linked a few posts after the original, after the first link didnt work for my pc. Everything is in administrator, DPI scaling checkmarked, -w checkmarked, ddraw as well as glide both attempted - and honestly at this point i dont know why it doesnt work. I dont ever get any option to change my resolution any higher than 800x 600 and i have a 1080p 26" monitor. I am an administrator. tried with 13c as well as 12a and no results.
Edit: before you ask.. i made sure to put everything from the d2multires zip into my med xvc folder under mods in my d2 folder

Are you using a pc or a mac?

PC with windows 7

You're sure you editted the PlugY.ini file inside your Median XL Ultimative folder in the MODS folder of your Diablo II folder to change the "DllToLoad=" to whatever version you're using?
DllToLoad=D2MultiRes.dll
DllToLoad=D2MultiRes_113c.dll
And you're sure in the D2SE menu, when you select the Median XLU banner, the PlugY box is ticked?

Ah okay - so in my plugY Ini the dlltoload isnt there... let me check and see if that changes it!

Well, I made it work. I just noticed the admin version of borderless gaming you linked on page 2 and that solved my issues. Thank you!
