It's barbarian lvl 90 skill that you unlock after complete ennead challenge.

Use ort runeword. You can easily get thru half the ubers with it even hitting up duncraig when u first enter dest with no charms is easy with a tantrum barb.

Is Kracken Stance available on a crafted bow? I checked out http://mxl.vn.cz/doc/ and do not see Kracken Stance as a possible oskill. I've also crafted about 150 shrines of various types on a sacred short war bow.

No. KS is an oskill in crafted barbarian helms. The short bow is crafted for the Tantrum oskill. You're lose those shrines.

I am sorry, I meant Tantrum. Does it have to be a short bow, and is there an updated listing of what shrines (fi any specifically) give in terms of oskills?

It can be any bow and the skill itself can spawn no matter what shrine you use...

Seems like tantrum is a SUPER low chance. Over 30 shrines and not even one roll with it yet... Patience is a virtue I guess!
