yes dude if my eyes not blind , i am not sure about the max stat point but the charm i saw is around 1400 to all stats and my fr told me it can be over 2000. but like i told , i saw that charm after i got banned from d2maniacs. and that charm belongs to some1 who plays in d2maniacs.

can I get such a charm in single player mod?

It is a bug abuse, and it's not legit.

Discussion on how to achieve it will lead to banhammer, but someone will probably send you a way to do it via PM, because 'it iz so kool'.
